Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. soak the almonds in milk for 3-4 hours & then grind into a fine paste
  2. in a non stick pan add the ground almonds & the milk stirr it continuously till the end
  3. cook on a low flame till the milk reduces to half
  4. add sugar little by little
  5. add oil & cardamom powder
  6. serve hot or cold as you like it
