Baked Bourbon-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 12 to 14 lb. smoked precooked processed ham
  • 3/4 c. bourbon whiskey
  • 2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 3/4 c. whole cloves
  • 2 peeled and sectioned navel oranges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Place the ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan large enough to hold the ham comfortably. Bake in the middle of the oven without basting for 2 hours or until the meat can be easily pierced with a fork or reaches a temperature of 130° to 140°.
