Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pieces cube steak
  • 2 to 3 cut up onions
  • 1 to 2 green peppers
  • 2 cans brown gravy mix
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown steak, garlic salt and pepper on stove top.
  2. Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Then add onions and peppers on top.
  4. Cover with gravy. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  5. Cover with foil.
