Baked Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • container garlic salt
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Slice them like French fries.
  3. Lay in bottom of pan.
  4. Slice onion and spread slices over potatoes like little onion rings.
  5. Take butter, slice thin and layer over top of the potatoes and onions.
  6. Take garlic salt and sprinkle over the ingredients pretty heavily.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
