Baked Ginger Salmon Fillets

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange fillets on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a small skillet.
- Add ginger, garlic and lemon juice.
- Saute 6-8 minutes.
- Spread butter mixture over fillets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish begins to flake with a fork.
