Baked Ginger Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 12 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cups Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange fillets on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a small skillet.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and lemon juice.
  5. Saute 6-8 minutes.
  6. Spread butter mixture over fillets.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until fish begins to flake with a fork.
