Baked Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs, cheese and salt.
  2. Dip fillets in combined egg and milk. Coat with crumb mixture. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
