Baked Pork Chops & Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing, prepared as directed
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Brown chops in skillet over medium heat. (Add oil, if necessary to prevent sticking).
  3. Meanwhile prepare stuffing mix.
  4. Place chops in single layer in 2 to 2-1/2 quart casserole. Top each chop with 1/6 of stuffing.
  5. Combine 1/3 cup water and soup in skillet used for browning chops. Pour over stuffing and chops.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
