Ingredients
Instructions
- Core tomatoes.
- Cut in half horizontally.
- Gently squeeze tomato halves to remove juice and seeds.
- Sprinkle the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish lightly with salt.
- Place tomatoes, cut side up, in the dish.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.
