Baked Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, cut into 6 large chunks ⓘ
- 1 boiled potato, cut into 6 large chunks ⓘ
- 1 large tomatoes, cut into 6 large chunks ⓘ
- 12 red capsicums or 12 green pepper, finely chopped ⓘ
- 12 cup shelled green peas ⓘ
- 12 cup corn ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ketchup ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons eggless diet mayonnaise ⓘ
- salt and pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- mix all the ingredients well and bake in a hot oven at 250 degrees celcius for twenty minutes.
- stir and bake again for twenty minutes.
- serve hot.
- a lot of variations are possible.
- you can add or remove flavorings and vegetables.
