Ingredients

  • 40 oz unsweetened grape juice
  • 48 oz cranberry juice
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast well with lukewarm water.
  2. Pour unsweetened grape juice and cranberry juice into a gallon jug.
  3. Add sugar and the prepared yeast mixture into the jug.
  4. Place a large balloon over the mouth of the jug and secure it with a rubber band.
  5. Allow the mixture to ferment; the balloon will expand as fermentation occurs.
  6. Wait approximately 21 days until the wine is ready to be enjoyed.
