Banana Split Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas very ripe
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 container powdered milk
  • 1 yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana into small cubes.
  2. Cover and cook for 3 minutes the microwave at maximum power.
  3. Add a few drops of lemon juice and let cool.
  4. Whisk the yogurt with sugar and vanilla in a bowl of jar with a spout.
  5. Add the powdered milk, stir.
  6. Then add the milk and mix with a spatula.
  7. Place 2 teaspoons of stewed bananas in the bottom of each dessert glass and top with a teaspoon of chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the yogurt mixture over it.
  9. Let the yoghurts set in the yoghurt maker or in the oven.
  10. Close yoghurts with lids and put them in the fridge overnight before enjoying them.
