Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Ortega taco seasoning mix
  • 12 chicken wings, split with tips removed
  • 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa or picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Place seasoning mix in a heavy plastic food storage bag.
  2. Add a few chicken wings to the bag and shake until well coated.
  3. Repeat until all wings are coated.
  4. Place the coated wings in a lightly greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender and juices run clear.
  6. Serve hot with salsa for dipping.
