Tips & Substitutions

For a twist on the flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or rosemary to the chicken mixture. If you don't have Bisquick, a homemade baking mix can be used as a substitute. To make it gluten-free, try using a gluten-free baking mix. You can also swap the canned chicken for shredded rotisserie chicken for added flavor.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the chicken loaf slices hot, drizzled with the homemade gravy made from cream of chicken soup. It pairs wonderfully with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. For a comforting meal, consider serving it alongside creamy sides like a Carrot Zucchini Casserole or a Pasta Salad With Raisins.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place slices in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture, heating in 30-second intervals until warmed through. Alternatively, reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated thoroughly.
