Bar-B-Que Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. bar-b-que sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 can Pillsbury tenderflake biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
  2. Add bar-b-que sauce, brown sugar and onion; mix well.
  3. Place each biscuit in a greased muffin pan; press down and up the sides.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into cups; top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
