Ingredients

  • 4 fresh pork sausages, parboiled for 4 minutes
  • 4 small pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
  • few drops sesame oil
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl and marinate 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat barbecue at high and oil grill.
