Barb'S Broccoli Salad

Instructions
- Clean broccoli and blanch in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
- Drain.
- In a large bowl mix broccoli, red onion rings and bacon pieces.
- Add enough Miracle Whip to moisten. Sprinkle shredded cheese into salad (reserve some for top) and mix well.
- Top with reserved cheese.
- Chill for several hours before serving.
