Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 4 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. finely chopped dates
  • 1 pkg. melted almond bark

Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar and syrup to a boil; remove from heat.
  2. Add peanut butter, Rice Krispies and dates.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Cool on wax paper.
  6. Dip in almond bark.
  7. Good either plain or dipped.
