- Put cooked egg yolks through a sieve and mix with raw egg yolks.
- Cream sugar and butter together.
- Add to egg yolk mixture and beat with mixer until well blended.
- Add flour and mix well. Form into small balls; dip in raw egg whites and roll in sugar. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
