Ingredients

  • sesame seed
  • nonfat dry milk
  • oregano
  • marjoram
  • cayenne pepper
  • egg white
  • basil
  • thyme
  • yeast
  • coloring
  • paprika
  • sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, grind sunflower and sesame seeds with short burst at high speed.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in a tightly covered jar and store in the refrigerator.
