Basic Fried Woodchuck

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. woodchuck
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut woodchuck into slices 1/2-inch thick.
  2. Mix beaten egg and milk.
  3. Salt and pepper woodchuck slices and dip into mixture; roll in flour.
  4. Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning once.
