Ingredients

  • 3 med. tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. canned jalapenos, diced or 2 fresh jalapenos, diced

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes (drain if very watery), combine all other ingredients. Add tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for a day or more for best flavor. Makes 1 cup.
