Battered Fish - Deep Fried

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 beaten egg white

Instructions

  1. Drain fish dry on paper towel and roll in seasoned flour.
  2. Fold egg white into oil, yeast and warm water batter.
  3. Mix fish with batter and deep fry in Crisco oil or any cooking oil.
