Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  2. Cream oleo and sugar; add egg yolks, flour, vanilla and egg whites.
  3. Pour onto a cookie sheet, reserving about 1/4 of the dough.
  4. Pour pie filling over and drop remaining dough.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
