Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
- Cream oleo and sugar; add egg yolks, flour, vanilla and egg whites.
- Pour onto a cookie sheet, reserving about 1/4 of the dough.
- Pour pie filling over and drop remaining dough.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
