Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 4 -6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, with juice
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • bakon yeast

Instructions

  1. Cut weiners in 1" pieces.
  2. Mix and bake at 350 F in glass 8x10 pan approx 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with mozzarella cheese last 5 minutes just to melt.
