BBQ Meat bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 packages Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 packages meatloaf seasoning (or whatever meat seasoning you usually use)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 lb bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground turkey with oatmeal, egg, & seasoning.
  2. Cut the top & bottom of the onion then cut it in half.
  3. Separate the onion into layers.
  4. Scoop out the meat into balls and place each ball onto an onion layer then wrap with a strip of bacon.
  5. Bake at 425 for 40 minutes in a baking dish.
  6. Then remove & brush with BBQ sauce, return to oven & bake for 5 minutes more.
