Ingredients

  • 1 pt. light sour cream
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. finely chopped Spanish onion
  • 1/2 green chopped pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • about 2 tsp. ketchup
  • 4 to 5 oz. jar sweet pepper relish
  • 1 large can B & M baked beans (with pork removed)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve.
