Ingredients

  • 1 pound pinto beans
  • 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 pound minced ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook beans with seasonings till beans are nearly tender.
  2. Add in ham and continue to cook till done.
  3. This process will take 2 or possibly 3 hrs.
