Instructions
- Put the water, sugar, salt and shortening in mixing bowl.
- Mix and then add eggs and mix well.
- Add yeast to flour and begin adding to liquid mixture.
- Change to dough hooks before adding last half of flour.
- Mix at highest speed with dough hooks for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil around edge of dough for the last minute of mixing.
- Dough will begin to pull away from edge of the bowl.
- Place dough in a well-greased bowl.
- Put in warm place until double in size.
- Shape into loaves or hot rolls. Let rise again until double in size.
- Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
