Bed and Breakfast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 loaf white bread, sliced, crusts trimmed
  • 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter, to be melted the next day
  • 1 cup sugar, for the next day
  • 1 -2 tablespoon cinnamon, for the next day

Instructions

  1. Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise and enough milk to make spreading consistency.
  2. Spread onto the slices of bread.
  3. Roll each slice as a small jelly roll.
  4. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. The next day, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  7. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  8. Brush rolls with melted margarine/butter.
  9. Coat with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  10. Slice each roll into quarters and place onto baking sheet.
  11. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  12. Broil for several seconds or until bubbly.
