- Cook beef in a large, deep, nonstick skillet or a 3-4 qt. pot over medium high heat 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove to a bowl. In same skillet, bring 1 3/4 c. water and contents of seasoning packets to a boil over high heat. Break noodles into skillet and stir to coat with the boiling liquid. Stir in carrots and bok choy. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables and noodles are tender. Stir in beef and sesame oil.
