Beef -N- Cheese Dip

- Melt Velveeta cheese in the oven.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, adding optional garlic and onion to taste.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add salsa to the cooked beef and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the two cans of Ro-Tel tomatoes to the melted cheese.
- Combine the beef mixture with the cheese and tomato mixture.
- Let the combined mixture sit in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with nacho chips.
