- Clean the meat and cut into pieces.
- Boil with little salt and some of the chopped onions until tender.
- Fry the meat.
- Put a saucepan on medium heat with the vegetable oil when hot.
- Add flour and stir until lightly brown.
- Add the rest of the onions, green peppers and tomato sauce and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Add the meat stock and the meat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes, rice or ripe plantains.
