Instructions
- In large, oblong dish, cross 2 slices bacon for each serving.
- Place patty in center of each cross.
- Salt and spread mustard on each.
- Place slice of onion on mustard, top with cheese, top with tomato.
- Fold 4 ends of bacon over the top of patty and secure with toothpick.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
