Beefy Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar dried beef
  • 8 chicken breast fillets (I use boneless)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Shred dried beef into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange chicken over beef.
  4. Mix sour cream and soup together.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Bake 2 hours.
