Ingredients

  • 1 can room temp. beer
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the room temperature beer and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the Bisquick (bisquick) to the beer and sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Fill muffin cups about halfway full with the batter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
