Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the room temperature beer and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the Bisquick (bisquick) to the beer and sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fill muffin cups about halfway full with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
