Instructions
- Drain beets and save the liquid.

- Bring the liquid to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add lemon jello, sugar, vinegar, and horseradish.
- Stir until the jello and ingredients are dissolved.
- Add the beets and pour the mixture into a 1-quart mold.
- Chill until set.
