Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in dish and mix dry ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs well. Add eggs, corn and milk to mixture.
  3. Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 400° for 45 minutes.
