Berry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or other fresh berries
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Rinse, drain and hull or clean berries.
  2. Should have 2 cups berries.
  3. Puree berries along with remaining ingredients in a blender or a food processor until smooth.
  4. If berries have seeds, strain after pureeing.
  5. Serve with cakes, poached fruits and custards.
