Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. canola oil
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrot

Instructions

  1. Bring to a boil all ingredients except vegetables.
  2. Let the dressing cool.
  3. Pour the cooled dressing over chopped vegetables.
  4. Chill well before serving.
