Ingredients

  • 10 white Kleenex tissues
  • 2 quarts water
  • 3 cups berries

Instructions

  1. Put 10 white Kleenex tissues in 2 quarts of boiling water and let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Break the tissues into pieces with a fork.
  3. Pour the mixture into a strainer and shake to remove excess water.
  4. The resulting pulp yields approximately 1 cup of berry pulp that can be used to make syrup.
