Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado, Pitted And Scooped From Skin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 Roma Tomato, Diced
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Chipotle Pepper, More To Taste

Instructions

  1. Place your pitted avocado halves in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle on the salt and squeeze the lime juice over both halves.
  3. With a fork, mash/muddle the avocado till you reach the desired consistency.
  4. I prefer my guacamole chunky, but some like it thinner.
  5. Combine the avocado mixture, tomatoes and red onion with a spoon.
  6. Sprinkle the cumin and desired amount of chipotle pepper and combine.
  7. Grab your tortilla chips and dig in!
