Instructions
- Bake cake mix as directed on box.
- Cool completely. Slice layers in half.
- Mix coconut, sour cream and powdered sugar thoroughly until all sugar is dissolved.
- Spread between layers and on top.
- refrigerate for 48 hours.
- If desired put coconut on sides and top of cake with hands.
