Instructions
- Stir ingredients together and place over roast that has been placed in a big iron skillet or pan and sprinkled with meat tenderizer.
- Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly.
- Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 3 hours.
- Potatoes, carrots, whole cloves and celery can be cooked in the same pan with beef.
