Big Caramel Corn
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda and vanilla.
- Pour over top of corn.
- Mix well.
- Turn on cookie sheet, pressing down.
- Bake at 250° for 30 to 45 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
- Remove and cool.
- Break up and store in tightly covered container.
