Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in glass pie plate.
  2. Combine egg, flour and milk in blender or shaker.
  3. Pour mixture into center of melted butter. Bake for approximately 20 minutes in preheated oven at 375°.
