Instructions
- Heat oven at 450°.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
- Put a small amount of flour on a board.
- Turn dough out onto the board and knead gently for a few minutes. Shape dough into 1/2-inch biscuits.
- Bake on lightly buttered baking sheet for 10 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
