Delicious bite-sized apple pies made with crescent rolls, sweet cinnamon-coated apple pieces, perfect for a quick dessert or snack that appeals to all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place cinnamon and sugar in a gallon size plastic bag and shake, mixing well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and cut each in half lengthwise.
  4. You should now have 16 pieces.
  5. Slice apples into 8 equal pieces and place into the sugar mixture.
  6. Shake to coat well.
  7. Place coated apples onto crescent dough pieces and roll them up wide end first.
  8. Put the rolled pies onto a cookie sheet.
  9. Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
