Sweet and chewy bite-size fruitcake cookies combine candied cherries, pineapple, pecans, and coconut for a festive treat suitable for holidays or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries (1/2 green, 1/4 red)
  • 6 slices candied pineapple, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (7 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the cookies cool and then remove from the pan.
