Blender Brunch Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. sausage

Instructions

  1. Blend first four ingredients in a blender or food processor for 2 minutes.
  2. Fry and crumble sausage; drain well.
  3. Mix sausage into blended mixture.
  4. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
