Blender Peanut Mousse

- In saucepan, heat 1/2 cup milk just to boiling.
- In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold milk.
- Let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk. Blend 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter pieces.
- Blend until melted.
- Add sugar, cream and 3 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
- Freeze 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining peanut butter pieces.
- Makes 4 servings.
